FORT WORTH, TX | 2019 Chevrolet EquinoxDecember 9, 2025Dropped car off at 8Am for passenger headlight replacement. Never heard from my service associate (SA), I called the dealership at 3:30 for status. Car is done. I called my SA, left a message and asked for an Uber and a call. Never heard back, called the cashier to set up Uber ride. Arrived and my SA didn't recognize me and said he didn't have my paperwork. Got the paperwork, didn't apply the discount cashier said have your SA adjust it. SA MIA, waited 10 mins asked a different SA to adjust, which they did. Finally out at 4:40. All day for an LED replacement - incredible! Looks like I'll start shopping around for a more responsive service department.Response from MORITZ CHEVROLET
