Fort Worth, You’ll Love the All-New 2022 Chevrolet Bolt EV!

With everything around us getting more expensive by the day, the 2022 Chevrolet Bolt EV is impressive on two fronts at once. On one hand, this new Chevrolet car uses no gasoline, so you can blithely ignore rising gas prices. On the other, it also manages to be less expensive than its predecessor, despite including some great new features.

2022 Chevrolet Bolt Performance

Propelled by a 200 horsepower electric motor tethered to a 65 kWh battery pack, the 2022 Chevy Bolt can go up to 259 miles on a charge.

When it’s time to recharge, you can get the job done faster; DC fast charging and AC Level 2 charging are now standard. Retuned regenerative braking and new single-pedal driving capabilities allow you to goose your range further, too.

The exterior and interior of the 2022 Chevy Bolt are both redesigned this year. The former looks sportier than before, while the latter sees more legroom and nicer seats.

The dashboard is especially impressive; the old eight-inch infotainment display is swapped out for a 10.2-inch display which supports Apple CarPlay®, Android Auto™, and a subscription to OnStar™ if you’d like.

While the looks and technology matter, you’ll also be glad to know that effort wasn’t spared on other details that count. Case in point: cargo capacity is now 16.6 to 57 cubic feet.

2022 Chevrolet Bolt Safety and Special Features

When you visit Moritz Chevrolet for your test drive, we’ll take some time to show you another great feature: Chevy Safety Assist. This is a suite of active safety features, and many of them are now standard, including IntelliBeam™ headlights, forward collision alert with AEB, following distance indicator, and lane keep assist with lane departure warning.

Test-Drive a 2022 Chevrolet Bolt

There’s only one thing missing from the 2022 Chevrolet Bolt. It sells well enough that it no longer qualifies for the federal EV tax credit. On the other hand, paying less for a better car, and being able to skip the gas station unless you’re running low on bottled water and beef jerky, tends to make up for it. Stop by our Chevy dealership in Fort Worth, TX, take the new Chevy Bolt for a spin, and don’t forget to ask about our Chevrolet financing.
