Ryan was rude and unprofessional for my first ever visit to Moritz Chevrolet service. I had an early Monday morning appointment at 7:30. Two days prior, on a Saturday I discovered my ride had fallen through and googled Moritz Chevrolet, I called the number to the service department from the link on the Moritz website. The gentleman that I spoke to told me that service was closed and he could not leave a message. He suggested I call back Monday morning. I also ended up having to make an urgent doctors appointment for Monday morning, so in between trying to get my twin four year olds up, etc and get to the Dr, I continued to try to reach Moritz Chevrolet. I called the same number twice and got no answer which I felt horrible about, because I knew they were expecting me. I eventually looked on the My Chevrolet app and got a different number and I was finally able to reach the service department. When I spoke to Ryan at 8:30 to apologize for missing my appointment and explain that I had attempted to call twice with no answer, his response was a very sarcastic "Oh really? because I've been sitting here all morning" I was pretty shocked, and then he seemed to try to make a joke about it saying that he was sitting there crying because I had missed my appointment, or something to that effect but still sounding pretty rude. He told me I could bring my car in before ?6:30. When I arrived there was a female employee who asked if she could help and when I told her that I had missed an appointment that morning and had been advised to bring my car in anytime that afternoon, she called out "it's the one that missed her appointment this morning" in a very dismissive manner as she walked away. They were both rude and made me feel pretty uncomfortable, like they had been talking about me and NOT in a good way. As far as I can see, my car was repaired correctly, which is why I gave you a 1 on likely to recommend, but honestly if I didn't have an extended warranty with Moritz I would not ever return. Also, this doesn't really matter, but every other time a have had a car repair, anywhere, my car has had a quick vacuum and that was not done at Moritz, which like I said is not a big deal and I probably would not have thought twice about it except for the overall terrible customer service I received. When I picked up my car another gentleman helped me and he and the cashier were both very nice and helpful.

I needed an electrical repair. I had to leave the car for service, was provided transportation home and back to the service center. The repair was done in the time frame promised, at a very fair price, professionally, very clean and safe. As for the staff, very professional, helpful and courteous people. Couldn't be better.
