I took my vehicle in for the first of many oil changes. They changed the oil, rotated tires, lubed, checked tire pressures, etc. I had to wait about an hour and a half. The vehicle was returned without charge and I left the establishment.

I had the oil changed and my truck was returned with a nasty scratch and ding on the drivers door. It looks like the door was opened into a wall. I understand accidents happen. I have been told to bring my truck in on Feb 1 to have it fixed. My family has purchased several vehicles from Moritz in the last 3 years based on your excellent service. I expect excellent service repairing my truck so we continue to do business for my families transportation needs.

Dealt with Ryan and Sue. Always a pleasure! However, my car was rolling fine when I brought it to the dealership. Spent over $2000.00 for new water pump and a/c compressor. Drove car home and now it jitters and whines and bumps every time I make a hard turn. Ryan said bring it in tomorrow to service mgr. so guess we���ll see.

I called about oil change, was told would take approximitely one and a half hours.Told them to call when complete, was told if we leave the truck it would take all day, service said they do not work like the rest of the country, first come first serve, go figure.To get it done in there time frame we had to wait. Dam good thing your service department does not run this country.

The service staff was great. Everyone I came into contact with was very friendly and welcoming. It was my first service visit for my oil change and tire rotation. Looks like I have found my forever dealership.

It's not just about decreasing their inventory; it's about customer satisfaction. It's nice to be respected by all the staff and not feel pressured to make a decision.
I brought my brand new 2021 z71 Tahoe in for a recall, detail and an unknown issue with check engine light coming on every few days. I called before Christmas for this issue but to get in a rental Moritz was booked three weeks out. I have two small children and two step sons,along with owning a business, I simply can���t be without a vehicle. I dropped it off on 1/12/2021. After a week of not hearing from my advisor I called on 1/19. He said there was a problem with the converter and the part had been ordered and hoped it would be in within the next few days. Ryan called me Tuesday morning after the car being in the shop two weeks to tell me my car is ready when in fact he was calling about someone else���s vehicle that was ready for pickup. I paid $99.00 for a detail that could have been done by myself at home for free. When I went to pick up my car no one asked me to look at it or get in to see if the detail was ok or explained what exactly was happening for the check engine light to come on, on a car that had less than 2,000 miles. I did email Ryan the pictures of the blood still on the seat, the formula residue on the center console and the armor all grease on the center panel, I was told they would submit a refund, which I appreciate. When I purchased the vehicle I paid to have TVs installed. I dropped off my car to have these put in. I believe the car was there 3-4 days. When I got my car back over 200 miles were put on the vehicle. I wasn���t aware that the car would even be leaving the dealership. When I went to get my car I was told the keys were at the front desk. No demo or instruction on how to even operate the TVs. Just get in and go. I asked for some help.after making several calls Joe Hardick was able nice enough to help me set them up. I also asked if my car could be filled up with gas since it was on E when I got in. I had taken it to Moritz with almost a full tank. Joe was really nice and very helpful. The TVs have since not worked or constantly needing updates. Prior to buying this Tahoe i had been with Lexus for 8+ years. I knew their customer service was always top notch but I had no clue I wouldn���t be greeted or treated with the same care and attention. When you pull up in the service bay at your facility you aren���t even greeted. I needed a bigger vehicle for my growing family and loved the fact that the new Tahoe���s were a bit bigger. While the car drives great and I love the room I���m really disappointed in the lack of customer service and care that comes along with purchasing a vehicle from Moritz. Monte and Barry are what led me to you guys. The buying process was flawless, and my financial advisor was great.I purchased an extended warranty along with a package that covered my tires, dent repair and oil changes. I���m hoping to speak to my financial advisor this week to see if I can either transfer that to another dealership or get my money back. I don���t intend to do business at your dealership if this is what to expect in the future. I wouldn���t look forward to this service for another 3-4 years.
