Damage that my truck received while getting serviced was fixed without charge. I received nothing for my trouble. Free oil changes would be a nice touch since I was without my vehicle for three days. My vehicle was fixed and the staff was friendly that is all I expected. No one goes the extra mile to earn your business anymore but I am still looking for someone that does and I will be a customer for life.

I came in to fix my driver side seat belt. The seat belt was not latching in properly. They said they fixed the issue. As soon as I get in my truck to buckle my seat belt, same issue still cannot buckle correctly.

I got my annual car inspection done without an appointment, but in a timely manner. The wait time was a little long, but considering that this dealership does not book appointments and is very busy, I am satisfied with the service. The lady in the office was efficient and friendly as well.

Purchased prepaid oil changes with vehicle but Moritz tries to force us to pay every single time. Wastes a lot of time for everyone. Promises are made that it will never happen again but always does.
