I bought have bought two used cars from Eric Foster. He has been terrific help in finding the right vehicles for the people I bought them for. I bought an extended warranty for the Chevy Traverse, and it paid off already with this repair work.
No communication and updates with vehicle, my truck was kept over 2 weeks with no updates or communication about it . No loaner or anything was offered . I had to call to see when vehicle would be ready

My service advisor never introduced himself. I brought my truck in for mostly routine maintenance and they failed to air up the tires to the recommended PSI. They were more than happy to use my GM points towards the price so I was relieved about that. I was pleased to help myself to the keurig and assorted teas/coffee.
