3 1/2 hours for 30K service with an appointment. Jiffy lube is faster. Also surprised that my 10K extra that I put on Service with purchase of the truck ONLY INCLUDES OIL CHANGE ($16 were deducted from my $300 bill). So no, not good at all. Never heard of paying anyone $100 hour to sit and wait.

I took my 2014 GMC 4x4 pickup truck to get a new transmission and the service department was excellent. Jessica was my service advisor and she did an outstanding job of keeping me advised on the transmission replacement and holding down cost. I have been doing business with Moritz Chevrolet for over 15 years and their service has always been excellent. I'm definitely a repeat customer and would highly recommend others to this dealership.
