Arrived at the dealership and was greeted by Ed. I told him I was here to look at Equinox's for my daughter and that I let Monte know I was coming. He grabbed the keys for 2 different pearl colored ones while I was talking to Monte. Ed did an awesome job explaining the entire car to my 17 year old daughter. This is my 4th vehicle purchase at Moritz. Love the hospitality, customer service and the great people that work there. Great Job Ed and Monte.

I was pleased with the service with Moritz the first visit in January (2019). In July (2019) I to put it back in the shop for the same oil leak. As far as I can tell the leak is resolved; its the contact fact that I could never get to the service guy (Gary B). I ALWAYS had to leave a message or talk with a colleague. (I take that back he called back once) After, I received my vehicle and got half way home the 'Service' light came on. I thought maybe it was because maybe since it just got serviced, maybe it needed time to be driven...(I don't know) . So, the next day the Service light comes on yet again only this time the light shows the brake light and another caution light ALSO the Brake Fluid sign comes on. Since I didn't get a response calling, I sent an email to Gary (7/22/19) and it is 7/30/19 and I haven't received a response still...I eventually put Brake Fluid in the next couple days. BUT the kicker is it was checked on my customer GMMPVI form that the brake fluid reservoir was 'checked' as being full. It's obvious that they didn't visibly check EVERYTHING on the checklist also, they had that the front hub wheel bearing has noise, but no of this was EVER discussed with me when I picked up my vehicle. I just expected better from the service, since my prior service was good. Just a little disappointed.

Not sure if service was really done. Washer fluid not filled. Computer not reset for fuel filter. This was my second service that I was supposed to get for buying my Duramax here. I am very disappointed and will probably buy my next vehicle somewhere that will take my business and time seriously.
