Richard Salazar was very kind and genuine. I test drove a month and a half before I finally decided to make my purchase and never felt any pressure by Richard (nor the entire staff) to rush my decision. It really made a great impression on me and my family and I would definitely recommend buying here to anyone looking.

My wife and I were heading to Vegas when our check engine light came on upon arriving in Dallas. We asked the service manager to try and help us out if possible. The technician found the problem and had us back on the road before noon! Couldn’t have been more satisfied!
When I dropped my car off to have the on star looked at. The service advisor, Jessica, was great and the loan car advisor, sylvia, was great. I headed into work and I got a call about 1 o’clock saying the OnStar services were working normally and that they couldn’t find a problem. When I picked up my car later that afternoon, the on star was not working. The technician did not do a proper systems check and so I left with absolutely nothing resolved and will have to take my car in a second time to have it looked at properly.
I made an appointment online for Friday. However, I had to leave my car for the whole weekend and it didn't get looked at until Monday. My understanding of the main reason for making an appointment is so you can be served at the appointed time rather than having to wait as if you were a walk-in. I just found that a little strange. Other than that the service was great and my car is running smoothly again! Thank you!
