I took my 2019 chevy Silverado to get looked at with some concerns I had about the truck. I did have to pick it up early because of a work situation. Your dealership had my truck for three days I hadn't had any updates on what was going on with my truck. So I called telling them I needed it that day and I could bring it back when I had more time to offer. I was just disappointed after 3 days the only thing handled was my air filter was changed. There was still not diagnoses on what was wrong. Maybe I was wrong because i expected it to happen in a couple of days but that's what I was told. No rental vehicle was offered.

The people at your front desk are pleasant but look like they just rolled out of bed. There was an incident that a lady stated her tires were not rotated and had proof. This is worrisome to me since I depend on all that is included with an oil change be done.

I had nothing but trouble with right front tire loosing air for 10 months. Constantly having to put air in every 7 to 10 days. Took to Discount Tire, they couldn't find ANYTHING. Finally On-Star sent me email, saying I have a problem, take to dealership. Moritz charged $20 for supposedly finding nail in tire. $20 for a PLUG. Discount Tire would have done free if they could have found. I paid nearly $3k for Vehicle Service Contract (5 yrs or 100K miles). Financed vehicle with you guys for what I was told would be 6 years @ 4.99% by your finance man. Come to find out a few months later, interest rate was actually above 16%. My stupidity, should have known to take a dealerships word on ANYTHING. Ended up paying off in 9 months. At purchase dealership gives me $100 note to spend on any service supposedly. But everything I tire to spend on, they say, OH, IT CAN'T BE DONE ON THAT OR THAT OR THAT. The very reason I've bought 4 vehicles in the last 20 years from RELIABLE CHEVROLET in Richardson, TX. Sorry guys, I've got a bad taste in my mouth over a $20 plug and a highly financed TRUCK.

I brought my car in they couldn���t find anything... they did an oil change and inspected everything. The next day my car would not move and had to be towed back from my driveway! It ended up being a dead battery but how was this not found when it was brought in the first time??
