I brought my truck for some recalls, change the engine's oil & filter, and rotate the tires. My service representative had my truck ready sooner than I expected. I am extremely satisfied with the work that they did.

I���ve had good experiences either service writers Kevin and Jessica and cashiers but my main complaint is the other service writers they make you feel like what do you want and why are you here and don���t bother to help or even speak to you and I will say being a new Chevy owner that customer service is very low and I would actually thought of going back to Audi and VW were they treat you like you a customer.
