My water pump went out and I got it...
My water pump went out and I got it serviced at a local mechanic then the next week received a letter in the mail saying it was recalled. Moritz amend Chevrolet have been very helpful to me so I can get a refund. I haven't received it yet so when I do then I will hopefully be completely satisfied. Thank you

Marvin in the body shop was great to work...
Marvin in the body shop was great to work with. There were a few issues with attention to detail and quality of prep, but he agreed and never made any excuses. I still need to get by the shop and have the bumper adjusted because it was mounted unlevel.

We had no appointment for the service job,...
We had no appointment for the service job, but were brought right in and taken care of. I was loaned an IPOD to do some work on while I waited for the car. The service department found a mfg recall on the car that we knew nothing about and took care of it pronto while they had the car. We were very satisffied with the service and the way we were treated while we were there. Thank You!

I took my 2007 Aveo 5 in for a problem...
I took my 2007 Aveo 5 in for a problem with a lock. I had made an appointment for 8 a.m., but the car wasn't looked at until afternoon. I called to check on the status after lunch. I didn't realize that the appointment was only to talk to an advisor, so it was a little disappointing that it took so long to get it checked out. The problem was fixed the next day because a part had to be ordered, and I'm satisfied with the repair.

My dashboard in my 2011 avalanche cracked...
My dashboard in my 2011 avalanche cracked for an unexplained reason. The vehicle was no longer warrantied, but the service department assisted me and helped me come to a resolution. I received excellent service and will only use this facility in the future.

I made an appointment for a computer...
I made an appointment for a computer upgrade ( I received notification of the requirement via the mail) and my "check engine" light was on. I showed up prior to my appointment time and explained the reason for the visit. I was told that they could perform the computer upgrade but probably would not be able to service the check engine light. I offered to take the vehicle to another dealer and that I had an appointment with you. No comment was made; but while walking to the vehicle, I commented that it would seem to me that on Saturday there would be more available technicians because that's the day people that have to work would bring their vehicle in for service. The response was "well then they should have off another day during the week". Although the work was performed I don't believe I will bring my vehicle back for anything-I will take it back to Weatherford where I purchased it and certainly could not recommend Moritz. It seems that the customers are more of a bother to your dealership.
