Went to get an oil change. Lady hollered from her office, can I help you. Told her I needed oil changed. asked if I wanted tires rotated. I said NO, just had it done.
In waiting room man said the tire sensor was bad, $116 to fix, said no. Kind of strange he was asking about tires when I said I didn't want them rotated and only wanted oil change. When I went to pay she said $82. asked what I paid for-oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. Told her the lady when I arrived wrote OIL CHANGE ONLY on the work order.Said same price whether they rotated tires or not. Oil change only is $39. overcharged . Need to review prices with your cashiers. Before I arrived no message on dash, now say service tire monitor system. None of my tires are registering air pressure. Nothing was wrong before I arrived, what did you do? Did not want tire rotation, get it free at discount tire. Only 1300 miles since rotation at Discount Tire. Called and ask service manager to call me. left message, Waiting 817-298-8898. Very unhappy customer. Loraine

This was my first experience with Moritz Chevy to service my truck as we just recentlY moved to the area. The website scheduling was very user friendly and quick. I only had a few minute wait behind another customer before they took my keys and told me when to expect the finished work. Super friendly crew working there, truck was done on time with a detailed list of work completed. I can't comment on cost yet as everything was contract or warranty covered.
