I had a 9:30a.m. appointment for an oil change on Saturday September 2nd. I dropped my car off at 8:20a.m. and was told I would get a call when it was complete. I asked for this since I had several things to take care of that day and needed my car. I have them my number and verified they would call when done before I left. I never received a call from anyone and when I checked my email close to 11a.m. I notice an email confirmation saying my service was complete. I was told around 1 1/2 hours to do the oil change and did not get my car back until after 11:30a.m.

Joe Rentfrow is the salesman who took such good care of me. He was recommended to me by my sister, who has purchased two cars from him and he lived up to everything she said about him. From my first contact with him on the phone to our final handshake, he was fantastic. He is very warm, personable, very knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable and like we already knew each other. There was absolutely no pressure and no game playing; what a breath of fresh air. In addition, the Monica the receptionist is a ray of sunshine. She was also quite friendly and makes you feel welcome and at ease. This was by far the very best and most pleasant car buying experienced that I have ever had.
